In this episode I look at why making improvements after brain injury is boring. because it's about making many, many repetitive movements or exercises, which many people struggle to motivate themselves to do.
In his book 'Stronger After Stroke' author Peter Levine says that, in his 25 years of experience in working with brain injury survivors, the best improvements are made by athletes and musicians. Why is this? Well, you will need to listen to find out!
